Kula Flow: Slowly Rock Your Boat + Pranayama

After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: an oar! Just kidding. Grab a long strap if you have one, a short one if not. And 1-2 blocks if you have them handy). 

In this class you will explore how a container can do the opposite of contain and limit you, but create awareness, stability and expansion. Highlights are warrior 3, ardha chan, camel pose, half or full wheel, handstand, and a slow rocking boat that will awaken your core. There is a good amount of pranayama at the end-by request!
