Ecstatic Breathwork + Meditation

Ecstatic Breathwork combines ancient rhythmic breathing with playlists designed to have you soaring. This powerful practice balances the brain and nervous system, clears out stuck emotional energy, expands intuition/insight, and opens the Heart—a regular reset and upgrade for the whole being.

Each class will begin with a short dharma talk aimed at bringing the goals of Yoga into direct daily experience, a short meditative focus, instructions for the Ecstatic Breathwork process, and a solid dive into the breathwork experience. Please arrive early to avoid being late, and enjoy the maximum experience.  

An important note about music for the breathwork—each week, Kula will make Scott's playlist for the week available in advance of the class. If you prefer to breathe in silence, that is a totally valid pathway. If you would like to use Scott's playlist, have it saved in your device, and ready and easy to hit "Play" when Scott gives the cue.

Finally, some recommendations on preparing your space:  Have the spot for your breathwork pre-selected and set up—something to lay on (a yoga mat is fine, and for those who need more cushion, a blanket on top of the mat can be nice), something under your knees if you're experiencing any lower back tension, and a blanket open and ready to pull over you if you get chilly (you can go through temperature changes). You may also like something to cover your eyes like an eye pillow or a t-shirt.
