Keller Yoga Signature Flow

This Keller Yoga signature sequence, that we have nick named the Spice Sun Salutation, is a beautiful blend of the sun salutation and the moon salutation creating a balanced and invigorating flow where you will stretch, increase agility, build strength and sweat. This dynamic sequence is focused on foundational standing postures, where we will explore how breath and pace create different experiences. The intelligent design of this sequence allows for a vinyasa flow from one posture to next or for more of a hatha style, holding postures before moving on making it accessible to everyone. Every class will end with a deep systematic relaxation practice, leaving calm and refreshed.
