HIIT Pilates is a series of high intensity core exercises performed mostly on the floor. They are designed to burn fat, create lean muscle mass, improve cardio function, strengthen and stabilize the neck, back, abs, obliques, glutes, and legs. It is similar to many yoga postures, but is more high paced with quicker intervals.
