Janus is the ancient Roman god of new beginnings and endings. Janus was depicted with two faces: one looking back, reflecting and learning from the past. The other looks forward to the future. More metaphor than god, Janus presided over doors and gates, and more importantly, what they represented: transitions.

Usher in the new year as embody this Roman god through duality in our movement. This practice will move from both sides of our mat, balancing fiery vinyasa with soothing, held postures.
