Vive la resistance — to strengthen and stabilize your lower back! Grab a circular resistance band (light/medium would be best, but this class can also be done without a band) and let Kathryn guide you through moves like clamshells, fire hydrants, bridges, kick-backs, and squats. While yoga builds ample strength, your practice will LOVE this hamstring and glute strengthening — the star muscles that stabilize your lower back and balance postures. We'll open with a few sun salutations and wrap with a hip opener.
