Energy Series: Root & Release

This class is about tapping into the energy of the Root. 
Postures and meditation will focus on feeling grounded, stable, and present. 

We will be intentional with energy expenditure, and take time to shake off the worries that cause us to wobble.  

Class will open with centering breath, and will conclude with mantra and mudra for Earth, and a guided meditation to tap into feeling grounded and content in the present moment.

Some yoga experience may be helpful, but not required.
