Heidi Souffriau is a guide and teacher here to help you unfold your soul’s light through astrology and yoga. Watered with a deep love for esoteric philosophy and mother India, her stars+yoga workshops invite you to explore the poetry of the body and the mechanism of the soul in the light of the current astrological landscape. At the moment, Heidi’s work is focused on emotional healing, releasing old patterns, the glory of becoming, and the marriage of intelligence and love. She shares this through public speaking, astrological counseling, teaching, writing and blends of those loves.
Heidi holds a decade of experience counseling in esoteric astrology, 2000+ hours yoga teaching experience, and 800+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training in vinyasa, hatha, yin, yoga nidra, kundalini and meditation, and an MA in Social Sciences. She is also the producer of the podcast ’Stars&Destruct.’
