core | /kôr/ | noun * the central or most important part of something. Core Yoga is a 60 minute class that will teach you the most important part of creating shapes (poses) with your body safely. This class focuses on alignment-based principles that will move you in and out of poses soundly and allow you to both strengthen and stretch your body simultaneously. While this class is designed to focus on form, you will also have fun as Desiree takes a light-hearted approach to her yoga classes, incorporating themes that will both settle your spirit and make you smile. All levels welcome!
