Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity low impact workout.  The form of H.I.I.T that is used is TABATA. Hot Pilates creates long, lean muscle mass and burns fat. And the results are super fast. This whole body workout builds a stronger core,and glutes, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.  Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. Done is a room that is heated to 95-99 degrees with 40% humidity.
