"Your Moon, Your Medicine" is a workshop designed to help you harness your Moon energy and connect with your emotional and intuitive self. As part of a new YFA planetary series, you will explore your personal Moon energy and learn how to best heal your emotional wounds while nurturing your emotional well-being. The workshop will begin with an overview of your natal Moon placement prior to a gentle yoga Moon flow, followed by a soothing Moon meditation and sound bath to help you embody and integrate your newfound awareness. We will conclude with journaling prompts and an open discussion, including a Q&A session and/or an oracle reading. Embrace this opportunity to deepen your understanding of your Moon sign and its impact on your inner world.
