It's a different vibe from Rocky's signature Rock Your Best Afro-Caribbean Cardio Dance class. Like a traditional dance class, Rocky will lead you through a barre warmup designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Dance conditioning continues on the mat (mats and resistance bands provided at the studio for your convenience and comfort), and across the floor through basic progressions. Reawaken your inner dancer- all levels welcome!
