Haus Yoga: Calm the Nervous System

Join new Haus teacher Jesse Schein the second and last Wednesday of every month!

During this Halloween season of jump scares and "BOO!," let’s calm our nervous systems. In this class, we'll enjoy deep breaths and slow movements. Throughout the practice, we'll observe the mind's dialogues, choose a more kind and compassionate inner communication with ourselves, and look for nooks of softness.
