Pre-RecordedThe eagle is the master of the element of fire (truth) and air (spirit). Use this vinyasa practice to unlock both through a massive celebration of Garudasana or Eagle Pose. The classic version of this posture opens the shoulders while improving our balance and concentration, but this creative sequence will let your eagle soar — we'll find eagle in standing poses, arm balances, inversions, backbends and more!

Postures include: eagle arm variations, block chest opener, sukasana twist, eagle arms, reclined eagle core work, cat and cow variation, sun salutation with chest openers, side plank eagle modifications, warrior I with eagle, warrior I with humble eagle, crescent with eagle, full eagle balance, warrior iii with eagle, revolved crescent, side crow with eagle legs, eagle legs in inversion of choice, supported bridge with option to eagle leg or urdhva dhanurasana crossed-leg variation, window wipers, hip opener of choice, seated meditation or savasana
