Pre-RecordedSchool is in session at Arm Balance Academy, and we'll be going over Arm Balances 101. This class will start with some movement to get our bodies warmed up, then it will transition to a workshop-style format. We'll breakdown Crow, Crow 1 (single leg crow), Side Crow, Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2. So, get your notebooks out and don't be late for class!
