A yoga class that is gentle for the body, easy on the mind, and supports the release of stress and physical tension.
Practice bringing ease into the body, focus in the mind, and wholeness of overall peace and relaxation. Casey will guide you to connect to your mind and body in a way that works for you.
This slower-paced practice will be accessible to all (chair yoga variations offered) and something for everyone, whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Join us in being mindful, present, and maybe even a little bit of fun and laughter.
