High intensity interval training (HIIT) class is a metabolic conditioning class designed to increase the efficiency of the body’s energy systems. The class is designed for you to give it your all by alternating between short work periods (20-40 seconds) and short rest periods (10-20 seconds).
**** Weights may be incorporated into class depending upon each instructor. For safety purposes, shoes may be required for class. Gym shoes only, no street shoes may be worn in studio room.
