Join Dr. Jen for a 60 minute workshop on the “Top 10 things you should be doing to support your immune health this fall”.   She will approach the topic holistically from a Functional/Integrative Medicine perspective incorporating meditation practice, nutrition, and more.  There will be time for Q & A via chat in Union.  Join her Slow Flow & Meditation classes on Mondays 5pm in October where movement, breath and meditation complimenting immune health will be practiced.
