Join us for this 60 minute hybrid class of half Vinyasa flow yoga, and half Yin Yoga.  We begin with a flow to warm the body up, and spend the other half in Yin poses supported with a bolster, blocks and a strap.  If you don't have these items, find 2 firm pillows, and either a workout band, or long belt to use if necessary.
