Jamie has been a yoga student since 2001 and teaching yoga since 2007. She loves that yoga reminds us of mind-body connection, and tries to weave that into her classes. 
All levels welcome to this 60 minute yoga class flowing through a traditional Vinyasa style class to energetic music (music only in studio).  Detoxify, stretch, and rejuvenate your body.
