Gentle Movement and Yoga Stretches

In this 45-minute class, we'll move through different yoga-inspired stretches and sequences that will leave you feeling a bit stronger, more limber and more aligned.
Although this is a gentle class designed for all bodies, we will do most of our practice on the mat, sometimes using a chair for additional support. This class is for yogis who enjoy postures such as downward-facing dog, cobra and gentle bridge. Having 2 yoga blocks will be helpful. Straps and bolsters or blankets will sometimes be used as well.
