Nestled amidst pristine beaches and swaying sea oats, this retreat offers a blissful sanctuary for rejuvenation and self-discovery.

Embark on a journey of inner exploration with daily yoga sessions led by Kelley + Emily, guiding practitioners of all levels through fluid asanas, mindful breathing techniques, and meditation practices. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, each session is crafted to nourish both body and spirit, fostering a sense of balance and harmony within. And they're completely optional!

Immerse yourself in the healing powers of nature as you partake in beachside meditation sessions, allowing the gentle ocean breeze to calm the mind and soothe the soul. Connect with the elements during beach walks, bike rides, and bonfires, greeting the day with renewed energy and bidding it farewell with a sense of gratitude.

All meals are included in this trip! We'll indulge in wholesome, nourishing meals crafted from locally sourced ingredients, designed to fuel our bodies and uplift our spirits. We'll cook onsite as well as explore a few of the many locally-owned restaurants in town.

Beyond yoga, discover a variety of activities to enrich your retreat experience. Engage in wellness workshops aimed at providing you tips and resources for cultivating whole-body wellness. We'll explore the surrounding areas and landmarks, including Jockey's Ridge and the picturesque Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Sometimes life isn't all peace and zen, so if you've got some pent up energy you're looking to release, the ax throwing excursion we've planned is just the ticket! Many more activities are still being planned and will be announced once details are finalized!

Looking for some downtime? All activities and excursions are completely optional. Each day is yours to enjoy and we have created a space for you to do just that. Lounge on the sun-kissed sands, journal by the ocean's edge, or simply bask in the tranquility of your surroundings. Embrace the opportunity to disconnect from the demands of daily life and reconnect with your innermost self.

Whether you seek solace in solitude or connection with like-minded souls, our Outer Banks Retreat offers a sanctuary for holistic healing and personal growth. Come as you are and leave with a renewed sense of vitality, clarity, and inner peace.

Cost:
$250 deposit secures your spot. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit or payment in full is made and a signed copy of our Client Agreement is submitted. Deposit is due at booking and final payment is due no later than March 9, 2024.

$750/person for full-size bunks

Please note: 3% added to total for processing fees.
