Evolve’s Hot Vinyasa Flow practice combines our signature Vinyasa class with all the benefits of infrared heating. A challenging and dynamic power vinyasa class that includes creative flow rooted in intelligent vinyasa sequencing. With guided instruction, alignment cues and carefully curated music. This class focuses on alignment and breath, encourages creativity in your practice and renews both body and mind. This class is practiced in a heated room (90°-95°F degrees).
