Christ Centered Yoga is an all level-class.
Act 17:28- In Him we live and move and exist.
Each Christ-Centered Yoga class will begin with a devotion and meditation to carry throughout the practice which will be used as an anchor as we root and rise. A focus on breath, alignment, body awareness, strength and flexibility while refining foundational yoga postures. Beginners through advanced students are welcome. Modifications and props will be offered as required. Join us for a time of renewal, relaxation, Faith.
Our Attendance Policy:
A $10 fee will be applied to all late cancels and no-shows. Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours prior to the start of any class or event. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
