First 2 hours: "Walk in Heels Like a Pro" - This session is the ultimate confidence booster. Learn to walk in a way that can turn heads if you choose. We'll explore the differences between a business walk and a social/gala/night walk. Learn about common mistakes and the techniques for a confident and elegant stride, including how to work with your hips, arms, and eyes, elegant turns.

30-minute Break

Second 2 and a half hours: Body Language - Dive into the dos and don'ts of body language, including how to make a perfect first impression and the art of the perfect handshake. Discover which gestures to eliminate from your body language, secrets to relaxing your facial expressions, and how to walk elegantly up and down stairs. Learn elegant ways to handle your coats, blazers, bags, and glasses, including how to put them on and take them off, and the perfect sitting position. We will explore the Body language of Romance (18+).

Bonus: Get tips on social etiquette for various events like nights out, theater visits, and gala dinners.
