Cacao & Yoga New Moon Love Rebirth

Every New Moon is an opportunity to plant a seed, to set an intention. This New Moon in Cancer provides a space to nourish what we feel as "home."

Harnessing the available energy, we will create a beautiful and safe container to allow our souls to unfold. This will be achieved by combining a deep practice of Hatha Yoga with a special focus on the Anahata chakra (the energy center related to love) and Svadisthana (the energy center related to creation), alongside a Heart Meditation and the guidance of Cacao Medicine.

Cacao Medicine is one of the most generous gifts of Mother Earth concentrated in a seed. It works in the subtle realm, offering gentle love that is extremely supportive in any life situation.

This experience is designed to connect, share, and allow a side of you that is longing to be celebrated to emerge. We will celebrate the present moment by nourishing the earth we embody and opening to emotions and sensations.

About Sara Frost:

With a background as a professional artist, a health crisis five years ago forced Sara to undergo a complete transformation. In her journey of self-discovery through silence, she felt called to serve as a portal for unconditional love. She promotes a holistic approach to embodied life, integrating practices such as yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, energy healing, and cacao medicine with art.

Sara is based in Mexico and is currently visiting Detroit.
