A Space for Mamas: Movement, Community, Connection

In this six-week series mamas will come together to honor the profoundly beautiful and messy changes that motherhood brings to our lives. Combining mindful movement and open discussion, we will explore different topics each week and find shared connection and community in a safe space devoted just to YOU. Our weekly topics will be; Transformation (honoring change), Nurturing Yourself, Boundaries, Quieting the Mind, Being Present, Joy! Bring your yoga mat and an open heart. You can attend all or select sessions. Special Note: We love our littles, but for this session we want to hold space for just you, moms only please <3
