Designed with the more dedicated student in mind, this new 75-minute class offers a deeper dive into the physical and metaphysical aspects of hatha yoga. All the techniques lead up to greater ease in and depth of meditation.

Lesser-known aspects of Hatha Yoga include:
  • Asana
  • Bandha/Mudra
  • Mantra
  • Pranayama
  • And our final meditation

This series is offered on a Pay What You Can basis, an equitable format that allows anyone to participate and encourages an equitable exchange.  You can sign up for the entire series (recommended) or single sessions.
