The Art of Yin
Thanks to the general popularity of Yoga, we are all in a position to better understand the connection between our bodies and our minds. We want to know how we can de-stress, relax, reframe and restructure our being. How we can bring flexibility and a greater strength to those areas in our bodies that we know to be less flexible like our hips, pelvis and lower spine.
