The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. If these energy centers get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
Our Throat Chakra (Vissudha) is associated with sound.
The throat chakra is our place of communication, creativity, expression and listening.
When low, energy in the throat causes inability to speak up or share your truth. If this chakra is overactive speech may be inappropriate, too much talking, gossiping, and an inability to listen. It is associated with our throat, ears, voice, neck, mouth, thyroid, parathyroid and shoulders.
The demon of the Throat Chakra is LIES.
When the Throat is in balance you have clear communication, good sense of timing and rhythm, good listener, and a resonant voice.
This is an all-levels class that will combine, slow flow, meditation, reiki, aromatherapy, and restorative yoga.
