The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. If these energy centers get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
Our Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) is associated with water.
Our emotions especially guilt are often found lodged in the tightness and discomfort in our hips. When the hips are locked and clogged it inhibits us from our creativity, pleasure, and also disconnects us from the earth.
The demon of the Sacral Chakra is GUILT.
When the Sacral Chakra is in balance you will feel more passionate, creative, in tune with your emotions and connected to your inherent wisdom
This is an all levels class that will combine, slow flow, meditation, reiki, aromatherapy and restorative yoga.
