Vinyasa Yoga at the Wall
Use the wall as a prop to inform your yoga practice. The stability of the wall in various yoga postures will help activate muscles that may have a hard time waking up or engaging. Once you wake them up with the wall boundary, you will have an easier time in activating them even when working away from the wall. The wall also acts like an informer to create more stability and structure in the alignment of the poses. While appropriate and useful for beginners, this class assumes you have a basic yoga foundation. Modifications will be offered throughout, but we will explore inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends from time to time. Bring your curiosity and love of yoga alignment!
