(CANCELED) Vinyasa Yoga at the Wall

Use the stability of the wall to inform your yoga practice. With the wall as a prop, you can focus on activating the muscles that may have a hard time waking up or engaging. Use the was as a guide to create more stability and structure in the alignment of the poses, and take that skill with you when working away from the wall. While appropriate and useful for beginners, this class assumes a basic yoga foundation. Modifications will be offered throughout, but we will explore inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends from time to time. Bring your curiosity and love of yoga alignment!
