Restorative - Back Bay

This class will be a series of restorative yoga poses, each designed to help you rest, relax, and connect to a deep sense of stillness. If you’re new to restorative yoga, it involves resting for extended periods of time (often between 2-6 minutes) in yoga poses with the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. With the support of the props, you’ll begin to release effort in the poses, allowing your body to rest and your mind to observe subtleties of the breath and the moment.
