Join Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Ali Janavaris for a comforting yoga practice. Kripalu yoga is a style of yoga that involves a heart-felt centering to come into the present moment, pranayama to activate the life force energy within, and a slow and nurturing asana practice to help the body experience fluid energy flow. A long and peace-centered Savasana will be included in the end. Come as you are. Modifications are offered throughout as safety is emphasized. This class is suitable for all levels!
