Yoga can support teens in finding balance in their academic and personal development, in their busy schedules, and their other athletic activities. In this 12-week series they will work on building strength in postural muscles, improve range of motion and flexibility, and learn the grounding powers of breath-work.

12 Week Series for Ages 14 - 17
Fridays 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
