Prenatal Yoga (Live-Virtual)

This nurturing Prenatal Yoga practice is designed to deepen a pregnant person's connection to self and baby, while toning and firming the body in preparation for labor and birth. Class includes centering breath work, yoga poses uniquely modified and sequenced for pregnancy, and meditation. It also provides much needed relaxation and restoration, and can help relieve some of the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Participants also experience a sense of community and support with time to connect and check-in during the first 15 minutes of class. No previous yoga experience required. All levels welcome. 

Suggested Props: 2 yoga blocks, blanket, bolster/cushion
