In this workshop, you will learn self massage and marma therapy to support lymph, blood and energy flow through your womb space and other abdominal organs.

This lineage comes through study in Maya Abdominal Massage and Ayurveda. According to Eastern medicine understanding, when there is pain, there is stagnation. Massage and Marma Therapy (acupressure points in Ayurveda) can help move stuck energy, lymph or blood, even assist in optimal alignment of organs.

Adena will share basic self care therapy you can do at home, along with basic understanding about anatomy and physiology from both Western and Ayurveda understandings, and positions of the uterus within the body that are optimal or may cause discomfort (and be enlightening!)

All levels of experience + ability are welcome.
