You're juggling a lot right now. If you've birthed your baby, you're also healing. You've probably heard how important it is to take care of yourself after birth or adjusting to having a new baby at home. You may be wondering "how the heck do I take care of myself right now?"

This relaxed class setting is full of simple ideas for tending to you while you take care of your little one. You'll learn ways to connect with your baby, move your body for yourself, and connect with others who are on a similar path of parenting newborns. This is a zero judgement zone - completely welcoming to all and laughter, crying, feeding, diaper changing, sleeping etc are all ok.
