Heart-based Meditation is a mantra-based meditation technique that is designed to be effortless and accessible to all! Like other transcendental types of meditation, this technique allows us to contact Pure Consciousness deep within and shift into deeper states of consciousness, relaxation and inner knowing. Learn how to integrate your practice into your daily life and live each moment from your heart! 

This course is taught in three weekly sessions: please plan on attending all three classes. The scaffolding of the course and the support of a community of fellow learners helps us feel confident to establish our own daily meditation practice. 

The course is donation-based, as our philosophy is that meditation should be accessible to all.  This is a free offering. 

We offer this program in a small group to facilitate sharing. Please be sure you can attend all three classes when registering.
