Grief Spiral: a community offering

Do you feel frustration and sadness for the state of our world? Come together with community to honor our pain for the world. This deep love and care is a precious gift that is welcomed in this space. 

Utilizing practices from Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects, we will come together in shared heart-connection and give space to process grief & despair in the held-hands of community. 

Our time together will begin with an open-sentences circle, then go into an embodied grief Spiral with continued care integration, harvesting and going forth following this. No prior experience is necessary. This is open to all and by donation.
