Level: Beginner friendly

This self care class is the best of both worlds, combining movement and restorative poses. In restorative poses, bolsters or yoga pillows are used to support the body and help you surrender into the pose and hold poses longer for a meditative release. Class will incorporate a gentle flow with some deep stretching and yin, then finish with long held relaxing poses for deep restoration with breath work and meditative practices. Expect to feel renewed and deeply relaxed.
