*6 weeks. 6 heart opening & playful yoga sessions + tea & talk (online unlimited/in person : 8 spots).
*1 book to support our journey: The Gift of Imperfection by Brené Brown (book not included in cost of the series)
*Daily quotes, journaling prompts and support via a WhatsApp community.
