As the energy of Winter invites deeper exploration, (re)discover the practice of yoga with
this  accessible class series. Whether you are completely new to the practice, or
interested in getting back to basics, this series is designed to support you through the
process. 

Our beginner’s series introduces you to the basics of yoga. We’ll focus on an introduction to the history of yoga, practice breathwork, and explore the alignment of key seated, standing, and balance postures. Lots of space for self-inquiry, and modification of postures will be explored to fit your own unique needs.
