When you're the kind of person who knows that a nap will result in grogginess and bad vibes we have the remedy.  This hatha, yin, and yoga nidra style practice incorporates mindful body relaxation then gentle earth-bound postures with special attention upon alignment and use of supportive tools.  We encourage you to deeply sink into this restorative and grounding experience.  The intention is to create restoration of the physical systems through supported posturing and mindful contemplation.
