Elevate your vibration through active movement and effortful posturing during this vinyasa-style practice.

Heavy breathing is a guarantee during these fast moving and challenging classes.  You'll transition between repetitive and rhythmic movements into the grace of vinyasa krama: a specifically sequenced series of postures.  Continued practice will help you to connect breath and movement resulting in the release of tension, grasping, rigidity and limitation.
