Salute the sun from the sand.  These practices integrate aspects of Hatha, Alignment, Vinyasa, and Balance. 

Beach Yoga practices incorporate balance, mindfulness, self awareness, and focus.  Tahoe beaches have unique sand made of the decomposing granite of the basin.  You'll be challenged to steady yourself as it shifts beneath your feet.  Learn to focus your mind amid the distractions of sounds, sights, and smells.
