Part traditional, creative & challenging. Flow between one pose to the next with breath-linking movement. Each class will deep dive in a mobility theme. Some will work towards a peak pose. All classes are carefully sequenced to help you unlock new possibilities.

Please have handy at least 1 block as we will use a block at least once either in warm up or cool down in most classes
