BODY STILL ( meditation + breath )
A guided meditation practice, mindset tool and reprieve from your everyday KNOWN reality.

This practice begins with very simple movement and breathwork to open the body and relax the mind so that you can more effortlessly sit in meditation.  We live in a world filled with many distractions and overwhelming anxiety.  When we commit to cultivating a focused and softened mind, the more we can remember to question the thoughts that cause contraction and suffering and feed the thoughts that bring us more ALIVENESS.  This practice ultimately helps you let go of the unconscious limitations and behaviors preventing you from living from the wisdom of the heart.

With roots in pranayama, journey meditation and subconscious rewiring, students tap into full spectrum awareness as they practice witnessing their experience of life creating more ease and presence.  While we have a heavy focus on movement to help you shift stagnant energy and access a more FULLY ALIVE state of being, we also value and advocate for passive practices, stillness, integration and reflection through our meditations and subliminals.  This category of our platform encourages quiet, stillness, focus, vision and inner peace, as tools for honing the seats of the creator and the observer in the movie of our life.
Please explore our ever-growing library of resources and tools here to help you cultivate growth, find stillness within and shift the subconscious mind.

YOUR TEACHER:
Gretchen Bleiler is a two-time Olympic Snowboarder and Olympic silver medalist, 4-time X Games champion, and ESPY award winner. She’s been inducted into multiple Hall of Fames, designed her own signature product lines, and has been featured in everything from prime time talk shows and national commercials to hundreds of publications worldwide. Having the courage to pursue her childhood dream of becoming an Olympian set Bleiler on a journey of healing, transformation and empowerment. As she faced her fears and dissolved the limiting beliefs blocking her full potential, she was able to step more fully into sharing her gifts. And as she did this her opportunities amplified from the mountain to becoming a recognizable global ambassador, designer, outspoken environmental advocate, entrepreneur, speaker, media host, and now a certified meditation guide (Chopra Center) and performance coach (University of Santa Monica). Despite her successes and accomplishments, Bleiler has failed far more than she has succeeded. From traumatic brain injuries to business ventures, bright lights have been preceded by bleak moments. Neither extreme lasted. Through it all Bleiler has learned that WHY and HOW we accomplish any dream or goal is equally important to accomplishing it
