Yoga for Beginners (4 Week Series)

Are you new to yoga and want to know where to start? Join our community of yoga beginners and learn the basics in a friendly and supportive environment!

During this 4-week series we will explore:
• Common yoga poses to build your confidence
• How to modify yoga poses to suit your needs
• Simple yoga breathing practices for everyday life
• Linking movement and breath for a deeper practice
• A gentle sun salutation sequence to support circulation and mobility
• Relaxation and mindfulness techniques to feel more calm and grounded

You’ll learn how yoga can help you to:
• Develop breath and body awareness
• Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance
• Reduce stress and tension
• Cultivate your overall well-being
Each class will include plenty of time for questions, so feel free to bring your curiosity! These 4 sessions will build week after week to help you feel more confident about participating in group yoga classes and in your home practice.

What to bring:
  • Comfortable clothes you can move freely in
  • We provide yoga mats and basic props, but please feel free to bring your own if that is more comfortable to you!
